1P-LSD
1P-LSD or 1-propionyl-d-lysergic acid diethylamide is a novel and prominent compound in the psychedelic research community. This substance was developed and introduced in 2015 by the German research team Lizard Labs. It has attracted attention because of its similar psychoactive qualities to LSD.
It is also known as 1-propionyl-lysergic Acid Diethylamide. This drug belongs to the same class of drugs that includes LSD and ALD-52. Chemical Abstracts Service number 2349358-81-0.
Chemical Information
The chemical name for 1P-LSD is 1-propionyl-N,N-diethyllysergamide. It shares a similar structure to classic psychedelic LSD. However, it has a propionyl attached to the nitrogen atom of the LSD. The molecular formula of this drug is C23H29N3O2.
1P-LSD can be found as a powdery white crystal or on paper sheets for distribution. Like many organic compounds, the shape of the molecule is not visible at all.
Uses and effects
The main purpose of 1P-LSD use is for research and recreational purposes. Users describe intense visual hallucinations and euphoria as well as a altered sense of time. The effects of LSD are similar, but there can be differences in intensity and duration due to its novel nature.
It is believed that the drug acts as a partial agonist to the 5-HT2A, which plays a key role in its psychedelic effect. It’s important to keep in mind that each individual’s experience will be subjective and can vary depending on many factors including the dose, setting, environment, and biochemistry.
Dosage
1P-LSD can be consumed orally and is often placed on blotter papers. The doses range between 100 and 200 micrograms.
This substance is a research chemisty with a relatively short history of human use. Potential users are advised to proceed with caution and ensure that they are fully informed about the safe usage, side effects and contraindications.
Be aware that 1P-LSD may be illegal or controlled in some jurisdictions. Check local laws before buying.
